Ladies Sunday Morning Fun

Well 9 of us lovely ladies set out on the 10km Mud slog (moving on from the July 5km) and what a laugh and great fun we had. We do it to achieve not for time and love it and it gets better every time, great obstacles. Brilliantly organised and fantastic marshals. Still finding mud :-)

Great value, great atmosphere, great challenge and great mud.

As always the Muscle Acre guys put on a fantastic event with this years Mud Slog. Although some parts of the course were a little drier than I expected (Mother Nature, eh), there was still enough areas of waist high bog to satisfy! MC Muddy Highlander and a good event arena created a great atmosphere to start, and the course was a good mix of terrain and obstacles to suit both the 'newbies' in our group and those with a few more miles under their belt. Free parking, bagdrop, wash down and changing (a bit of light would have helped there, but a small niggle) and a good price resulted in a great value day out. And as a bonus I got a free trifecta hoodie!
